  • Lead the design discipline for Hogarth, setting vision, strategy, and standards for creative excellence at scale for clients such as
    Ford, Visa, The Coca Cola Company, and others.

  • Define and govern the brand system for the Ford brand globally, ensuring consistency while enabling distinction across sub-brands.

  • Establish and optimize design processes, including our proprietary Synchronized Branding Process, Strategic Brand Design Process, and Namestorming Process.

  • Oversee the piloting and implementation of AI and emerging software into design workflows, driving innovation and value for clients.

  • Collaborate cross functionally and cross agency with strategy, creative, technology, production, and leadership to align brand
    solutions with client business goals.

  • Led design strategy for key accounts, including Ford Motor Company and DraftKings Network.

  • Developed and implemented scalable brand design systems for clients such as DraftKings and Clayton Utz law firm.
