I love polka dots. I have always loved polka dots. Specifically black and white ones. They’re the perfect pattern for a left- and right-brained individual. I love the precision of the dot, the order of the pattern, and the joy they evoke. They mirror my design sensibility — minimal, purposeful, strong, and clear, with just a touch of levity.
But more interestingly, polka dots reflect how I lead. I value structure, systems, and well-defined processes. I’m organized, chronically on time, and a rule-follower. But I also deeply believe that the best work happens when clarity and craft leave room for curiosity, collaboration, and a little fun.
My work sits at the intersection of design strategy, brand governance, and creative execution. By applying design-thinking methodologies, building scalable processes, leading multidisciplinary teams, and integrating emerging technologies, I help organizations align business goals with compelling brand solutions. Whether evolving an existing system or building something new, my focus is always on design with purpose. Bringing cohesion, consistency, and momentum to complex ecosystems — putting my dots in a row, if you will.
